Mineral and talc fillers make it possible to significantly reduce the costs of manufacturing products from synthetic materials without damaging product quality, and in some cases even with an improvement in quality. Fillers are among the cheapest raw materials used in plastics processing.

The fillers offered by EKOGRANULAT contain from 70% to 80% chalk or talc mixture depending on the type of filler and its intended use. Up to 95%. whiteness is achieved.

The fillers do not contain any toxic compounds, and can be used in products which come into direct contact with food. EKOGRANULAT’s fillers can be used for injection, blow moulding and extrusion. Example uses include LDPE and HDPE foils, household hardware goods, disposable packaging, plastic plates and cups, PP tapes, PP string, building and garden accessories.

Using fillers reduces raw material costs: fillers are significantly cheaper than the original raw material. They also reduce costs of whitening, as the filler itself gives the material a milky or white colour. Another advantage of fillers is the effect obtained when they are used: antiblocking, matting, facilitating printing, and antistatic.
